Free AF is proud to partner with the Nelson Mandela Foundation. We’re on a mission to advance personal and societal freedoms by normalising alcohol-free choices while funding the work that defends human freedom and dignity.

From November 2025, a percentage from the sale of every can of Free AF sold globally over the next three years will go to to the Nelson Mandela Foundation in support of their work.

FREE AF has committed that a percentage of proceeds from the sale of every can of Free AF sold globally over the next three years will go to the Nelson Mandela Foundation to support their work.

Dr. Mbongiseni Buthelezi, Chief Executive of the Nelson Mandela Foundation, says:

The Project – FREE

The partnership will come to life in a major international project: FREE - a content and photographic series, in collaboration with publishers Blackwell & Ruth and photographer Magdalena Wosinska.

FREE - a major international multimedia project featuring original interviews with fifty inspiring and celebrated individuals around the world who embody Mr. Mandela’s values and lifelong commitment to freedom, equality, and service to inspire a new generation to “Free yourself, free others and serve every day".

This partnership is a long-term commitment.
