We keep our drinks 100% natural, but we know some ingredients matter more than others. Here’s what you need to know:

• Allergens: Our drinks are free from most common allergens. 
• Medications: If you’re on medications, most of our drinks are safe, but we recommend checking the ingredients list or consulting your healthcare professional.
• Other ingredients: No artificial flavours, preservatives, or sweeteners. No adaptogens, nootropics or THC.

Your health is important, so here’s what you should know:

• Free AF Drinks are non-alcoholic, natural, and safe for everyday consumption.
• We do not contain any adaptogens or nootropics - like ashwagandha, rhodiola or l'theanine - as these are generally not recommended for pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Many people enjoy Free AF while pregnant or breastfeeding, and we’ve designed our drinks to be an inclusive choice. However, if you’re ever unsure, we always recommend chatting with your health professional.
• Our proprietary Afterglow™ is a 100% natural botanical and at the small food-level amount, it’s considered safe for everyone and will not show up on a drug test.

Free AF is non-alcoholic and won’t make you drunk - just the taste, warmth, and glow of a cocktail. Like many non-alcoholic beverages (eg. fruit juices, kombucha), Free AF is crafted from natural extracts and flavors, and may contain trace amounts of alcohol, but less than 0.5% alcohol-by-volume, as permitted by FDA guidelines.

We do not use sweeteners and use organic sugar to deliver that great cocktail taste. All our core range has less than 5-6% sugar. The VØD%A Spritz has zero sugar, so you can indulge without the guilt.

Absolutely not! We only use the best, natural ingredients, with no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives, and no adaptogens, no nootropics, or THC.

That's a very personal decision. We created Free AF to provide a credible alternative to alcoholic beverages and they taste very similar to their alcoholic equivalent. We advise you to make the decision that is best for you.
